Navroj is the first day of the first month of the Zoroastrian year.Nowruz, the traditional celebration of the ancient Iranian New Year.Navroz is also known as Pateti.Navroz considered holy festival of Zoroastrians.The Navroz celebrations end on 13 days in the New Year known as “Sizdah be dar.”

Parsis or Zoroastrians Iranis or celebrate this festival by going to their worship place known as “Temple Fire” or “Agyari ‘. Name suggests that they worship the “fire”.

The Parsi delicacies special relevance Navroz. It is a dish called “RAVO“, which consists of milk, sugar and suji and glass noodles (Faluda) is the largest Navroz breakfast dishes. Lunch usually consists of the “Pulav ‘,’ fish ‘and many other non-vegetarian dishes.
