Toshiba REGZA IS04 smartphone, and it is the second KDDI Android handsets on the market in Japan. It is built in already functions with improved technology. It comes with high resolution of the Sharp IS03 - it gets a 4-inch 854 x 480 touch screen as an alternative, it has a 12.19-megapixel camera with auto focus. Sharp, Toshiba and Pantech are available on the new units – the Regza IS04, IS05 and IS06 SIRIUSĪ± all running Android and all toting 1-Seg digital TV tuners.
Toshiba REGZA IS04 is equipped with 4-inch touch FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) display, Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with 1 GHz and 12.19-megapixel camera. Communication facilities have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Housing is waterproof, and judging from photographs, in a simple style, black and white.
It is also reported that the news can use the new technology for data collection from KDDI – WIN HIGH SPEED speed receiving 9.2 Mbit / sec and power 5.5 Mbps. REGZA IS04 running an operating system Android 2.1. The IS05 is an 8-megapixel camera, Snapdragon, 720p HD video recording and Bluetooth / WiFi, whereas IS06 has a 5 megapixel camera, and will fall in December.
